Went to this location to buy a new mattress and box spring for my child. We dealt with Wayne who was very helpful when shopping. We were the only customers in the store, and it went get smoothly. The issue however, was they simply "forgot" to deliver my bed. Bought it a week early, set up delivery for the day we moved into a new house. Waited until a few minutes after my three hour delivery window and called them. Wayne stated he just forgot to put it into the computer. Mistakes happen, and he apologized profusely and offered a free set of sheets, but my kid went without a bed for three days.
