Going to the dentist is never fun, but these guys make it a little more painless by being so nice. The minute you walk through the door you are not just greeted with a smile, but by name! This was mind blowing to me because that kind of customer service is so rare in this field. Usually you have to stand at the desk awkwardly waiting for a receptionist that can't even be bothered to look up from her computer.
I have not taken the best care of my teeth over the years and have had to have numerous fillings, crowns and a cleanings. Everyone I have encountered on my many appointments has been so awesome. Dr Wills has done an amazing job and has such an awesome "chair side" manner. It's hard to find a dentist that's not a weirdo, I've been trying for years. Dr Wills takes the time to explain your options and genuinely cares about his patients.
Also, I've never had to wait very long to be seen. Which is also very rare. I have finally found a place that I don't absolutely dread going to. I love these guys!
