I am done trying to give this place another chance, and another. They have no real organization and the wait can be ridiculous. The last time I went, I decided it would finally be my last. In the past, it made no difference if I made an appointment or not; I still waited a ridiculously long amount of time, for no apparent reason. I waited an hour and half. I could tell the place was busy so I waited until an hour was up before I asked about my status. I was curious why people seemed to be coming off the street and were ushered to their pedicure chairs when I was still waiting. The girl at the desk said she had told everyone when they checked in to come back in an hour b/c they were so far behind. She absolutely did not tell me this. (I live 5 minutes away and gladly would have gone home and returned if she had told me.) They give decent (not great) pedicures, but not worth the hassle and dealing with the incompetence.
