'Tis an average store for average purchasing experiences. The store is huge and sells all different types of appliances from toasters over DVDs to computers. They also sell perfume and snacks. What? Anyways, because the store is so big, I honestly appreciate that there are so many employees here who are more than willing to help customers find whatever they're looking for. Although most of the employees don't seem all that personable, they get their job done, and I never had an issue with customer service as many people on Yelp seem to have had. I have never walked out of here without what I came in for. There is a café in the middle of the store, enabling tired shoppers to take a break from their spree. Customers can still look outside from inside the café, and it is relatively open, making for easy access, but also taking away a bit from the cozy atmosphere commonly associated with cafés. The prices for drinks and food are average. The warranty that employees try to sell to their customers for computers is not worth it, but what else could one expect from people who work on commission for a living? On the bright side, Fry's will match the prices of other stores, so I recommend to check online for whatever they're planning to buy before they enter the store. It can save you so much money because chances are, employees will not tell you about price matches. Given the huge number of people who come to shop here at any given part of the day, I appreciate that there is a substantial number of cash registers at which orders are rung up quickly and efficiently. Overall, this is a store I only come to when I really need something, not one that I would come to to window shop.
