A friend built my bike for me out of spare parts after my previous one was stolen in Los Angeles. This bike has been functional but not exactly fun or easy to ride. The gears didn't work well, the kickstand rubbed the back tire, and it made a lot of noise. My husband had heard great things about Neutral Cycle and it was close to his office on campus, so we took it there for a tune up. They tuned up the bike, replaced the gears and kickstand, as well as worked on the breaks. It's like riding a different bike!! The gears shift great and are much easier to use. The bike is quiet and actually easy to ride. Mike was very helpful and tried to keep the costs down by trying to fix things rather than just replace the parts straight out. He kept my husband updated on the status and they were able to fix it quickly. He was also very pleasant when we picked up the bike even though they were very busy. He took time to make sure the fit was correct and we were happy with everything. We will definitely come back!
