There are a couple of other specialty snack stores in Downtown LV and I must say, The Beef Jerky Store lives up to its name and has the largest selection of beef jerky and other local Hawaiian snacks in the area. They're located on 3rd Street right off the Fremont Street Experience and is owned by a family that moved from Hilo, Hawaii.
PROS
+They sell a wide variety of beef jerky and the bags come in all shapes and sizes.
+Customer service is great...must be their Aloha roots!
+Prices are reasonable.
+They have a huge selection of other candies and snacks (dried fruit, chocolate, cookies, trail mix, etc.)
+If you have a favorite flavor/color gummy bear, you're in luck because they have bags of singular colored gummy bears!
CONS
-Operating hours are short, especially on Sundays-they close at 4pm on Sundays.
-You may acquire diabetes and high cholesterol if you shop frequent The Beef Jerky Store.
