This store and the owner Michael Jackson as well as his daughter Jennifer, are liars, disinterested In the client, don't listen to your needs, nor do they think of potential problems on their own. They overcharge, don't return calls, and most importantly don't keep their word on deals made..as in when I was 'so very fortunate' to get a face to face with the owner in my home. (This was after spending over 11k dollars!) And zero help from Jennifer, all talk, no follow thru or return calls( family business trait). They delivered fixtures with so many errors, problems with fixture w/over 70 missing pieces, damages and wrong colors on others. Jackson swore he would make everything right( cleaning up after his daughter, which I hadn't known previously, nor did it matter to me, other than the weak attempt to ameliorate the situation, and imagine that's why he faked it). But he never completed anything.
Just don't waste your time and especially your money. They only care if there's no problem!! I could say so much more, but why waste any more energy, EXCEPT to say to the reader, SAVE YOUR MONEY!
