We got in on the guest list on Saturday and it was exceptionally busy (most likely bc it was the weekend of the billboard music awards). I had heard from a friend that it was dead when they went so I was surprised to see so many people.
The bar area is apparently one of the few areas you can stand in the shade of you didn't reserve a day bed under an umbrella, so it was crowded with a ton of people just hanging out which was extremely confusing to me when I was attempting to buy a drink. The bar was still incredibly busy.
We got these huge drinks in those plastic souvenir cups but we paid dearly for them ($36/drink!!!!!). On the bright side they are very very strong.
There was a water station near the exit that I wish I knew about earlier. Keep hydrated friends!!! I saw several people get too wasted and had to be walked out. I think heat, sun, and hydration we're apart of this. Those big plastic cup drinks were strong enough to comfortably share with someone and still get a buzz!
