Cleanliness is my number 1 standard a salon must meet, and Nail Elegance failed. The don't sterilize their tools before or after using them- they're thrown into a box. The ventilation is terrible. My nail tech- never told me her name, was nice and polite. She didn't do a terrible job, but definitely not a great job. I didn't want to keep telling her over and over that my nails still were slanted, so I just said after her third attempt that they're fine. The polish job was mediocre. She asked me where I got my nails done last, knocked my buying choice by telling me how 'expensive' it is there. Um, I paid $40 last time and they were a clean salon and made me very pleased with the outcome. I only went to Nail Elegance because of a recommendation. Well, why save myself $2 to be disappointed, file them myself at home and worry about a nail infection? No thanks, I'll keep going to my 'expensive' salon.
