if i could give a negative review on a company this would be one. we went in sunday and were there at 10am when they opened.. its the first dealership ive been to where we had to actually look for someone to help us. we finally were able to take a test drive in the car we wanted and went to talk numbers and that's as far as we made it. the salesperson Bob was more interested in his coffee than he was in helping us. he was rude, disrespectful and has ZERO customer service skills. without even looking at our info we were told that we would have to pay more than double what we are paying now for a car with less features than what our 2 year old trade in has. this sales person has turned me away from the brand and that dealership!! i would not recommend this place to ANYONE! if you're looking for a car, there are a dozen other places to look in that area where you can be treated with respect.
