Horrible communication and worse attitude! We had a resurfacing job scheduled to do 2 bathrooms. We had to coordinate with the glass installer to put in new glass too. I called to confirm the start date and time, and was told the tech had an emergency and the job would be postponed 1 day. This messed up our schedule but we agreed. The day he was supposed to come we had a time window of 8-12. When he didn't show up by 12, I called the office. Was told he would be there within 1 hr. When that didn't happen, I called the office again and spoke to the manager. Tech finally arrived at 2pm, and asked me what he was supposed to do. He also told me the girls at the office that did the scheduling didn't know how long jobs take that's why he was late. At that point, I was not confident the whole job would get done at all, and I called the owner of the company. He actually wanted to charge me more than my original estimate for something that was left off the quote! After delays and wasting my time, he should have given me a discount! I told him I was cancelling the work and would go elsewhere. He said you can go ahead and do that, then hung up on me. I have no idea of the quality of their work, but it can't be worth dealing with these people!
