I have been a customer for over 15 years and found their pool cleaning very good. However today when I ask them to come out to properly hook up the ground wire to my pool pump that they installed I was told I would be charged a service call for them to fix something they did. I then went into the store to speak to the owner. The clerk told me he was busy, I said fine I will wait because it is about a problem they caused. He went into the office for awhile and came back out and told me to call tomorrow when the route manager was in. I told them to cancel my service at the end of this month. I can't believe a owner that would refuse to speak with a long time customer. Jim D
