My vision? My high school days of ceramics class, handmade pottery and an array of beautiful glazes with all kinds of finishes. What I got? A wall full of made in china crap and like 40 or so glazes to pick from. Blehhh.
So you show up, pick your pottery, and get to painting... The sitting fee is 10 bucks for adults, 6 for kids, and your pottery price, I picked a medium size vase for $20. Not too bad to kill an hour or two. I do wish they had separate paint brushes for kids and adults as all of the finer detail brushes are completely smashed to hell. The girls who work there were very helpful always changing the water and offering advise. But I think this is more suited to entertain your kids rather than an expression of art for adults.
