I had been going to this salon for over 8 years and had previously wrote a very positive review. However, things have changed with the management change that occurred during the last year. The quality of work has really declined. I started experiencing ingrown toenails...and they were the only people who worked on my feet...and had my heels scrubbed so hard I had sores for weeks. Whereas I never had a nail lift or pop off, it started becoming a monthly occurrence. I realize you may not know that I've been coming there for years but after 5-6 months you should recognize me and the services I want but yet I was made to feel like I was walking through the door as a complete stranger every time. The final straw was when I had 2 nails lift off that I temporarily glued back on till I could get in my regular fills. I pointed out the nails and rather than remove and replace, they simply filled over them. Needless to say, they popped off within a couple of days. When I went it to have them repaired, I was made to feel like it was my fault and that they were doing me a favor to replace them. They have lost a loyal, long time customer. The sad part is, I don't think they will even care.
