I have been to this location for massages a few times over the past past 2 years. Overall, it is a very good experience. Every time I check-in or out, the front desk staff is attentive and friendly. They generally try to upsell you with some sort of monthly package, but I politely decline and they move on.
Overall, the massage therapists are good. They ask what you are looking for and generally stick to the plan. I have noticed they are pretty good at not talking (allowing customer to relax) which is very nice. If you direct them to do something more or less, they are good at responding.
Given the vast number of Day spas/massage therapy locations in the Valley that offer specials or deals, I'd say La Vida may be slightly overpriced. Might need to bring prices down a bit.
Overall, a satisfying choice!
