It seems these people represent Sears. Had a 3pm appointment to install a dishwasher. They called me at 2pm at told me they would be at my house at 2:30pm. I told them that I was at an appointment and couldn't make it till 2:40pm. The delivery person said that I would have to reschedule. I responded that I needed the install, that his actions were terribly unprofessional, and that my appointment wasn't till 3pm. He told me that they couldn't just sit around and wait. I then told him that I didn't think I wanted him in my home. He responded by telling me that they were the exclusive installers for Sears, so it was too bad for me; I could do Tuesday or I was out of luck. I responded by telling him to go F himself. I called their office to complain and was told they had a flat tire. Right.... I called Sears and it turns out THEY ARE NOT the exclusive installers. Sears is setting up a different company for the install. If these guys call you to install, or if for some crazy reason you're thinking of calling them for anything, I'd think twice. They don't keep appointments, they're aggressive and confrontational, and at the end of the day they are just flat dishonest! Who needs that?
