TERRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE. I've been renting in Las Vegas since 2007 and this is by far the worst apartment I've been in. Police frequent the premises. There are constantly homeless people digging through the dumpsters (just yesterday there were 3 different people within 30 minutes). People climb over the wall from the apartments next door and I've witnessed multiple drug trades that way as well. The grounds are outright disgusting; trash all over the place, people leave their rubbish in the halls and laundry rooms. There are broken fire extinguishers, exit signs, and fire pulls. The lights in the halls flicker, half the time they're out. My apartment experiences power surges on a monthly basis. The hot water goes out when it's windy or raining (the front office said the water heaters are on the ceiling of the buildings, so if it's especially windy or raining the pilot is more prone to going out). This place has been managed by 3 different companies in the year I've been here, the managers now, Ismal and Farrah, are not any better. Homeless people and/or drug addicts wander through the halls and break into empty apartments to squat. This happened in an apartment right across from mine and the people at the front office have not done anything about it for 3 days now. I can't wait to get out of here.
