I am a fan of this particular Toyota dealership as they have always been fair to me in the service repair shop. I go here for my oil changes because I not only get the oil changed but my car washed as well, plus its right near my place. The service managers are great and they have never "suggested" extra work on my car for no apparent reason like some places I know. I once stopped by and said "X" place stated I needed to get my transmission fluid flushed, is this true? The service manager first asked me when I had last had it done and I told him, then he proceeded to the check and test the color of the transmission fluid and then stated you see what color yours is and you see what color it will be once it is flushed? Now you tell me do you think its needs to be changed. I laughed as they were both the same color. So yes can you tell why I am a fan?
