My washer and dryer stop working and I had to call this company in order to get someone to take a look at them.... The company charges 45.00 upfront for their repair guy to come out to your house but that charge goes toward any costs for repairs. I called yesterday and the representative got someone to come out today.....wow fast service. Paul the repair guy came out very professional and friendly. I'm really impressed with the service I received and I didn't have to replace my washer and dryer which is a major plus.........
