I've been going to Luxy Nails for a few years now. I was usually really happy with how my nails turned out. But over there past year, I've noticed a big decline in the quality of work and the polish they use. Some manicurists do a great job, while others have recently left me feeling like I could do a better job myself! The past two times I've had a pedicure done, the polish wouldn't seem to dry. When I complained, staff was good enough to redo the polish free of charge the next day. However, another client there at the time told me she had experienced the same issue. Considering this seems to be a recurring problem with their polish, I'm not sure I'll ever be going back.
