The customer service at this hotel is stupendous, especially the cooks at the breakfast area. Wanda is great. She's so friendly and welcoming and having to wake up on a weekday at 6 in the morning, it was a pleasure for her to be the first person that I interacted with. I loved my room as well. Clean, updated, nice. The only critique I have is that the air conditioning was out in the common area. You can only imagine no air conditioning on the hottest week of the year thus far in SC! I still give it five stars, though, based on all of the other pluses.
