I had been using Spencer Animal Hospital and got the worst customer service, high prices and treated like My dog and I were just a number. I switched after a great recommendation from my Geico agent who also had a Boston Terrier. I went for check ups and shots. Then my 12 year old Boston jumped off the bed and broke his hip. I took him in, they came out and carried him, checked him out and found it would be a difficult surgery. The X-rays showed he had so many other health issues he would never survive the surgery but would do whatever we decided. We took him home to spend one last night together. We took him back in, they carried him into a room with so much love and respect, gave us time with him to say goodbye. Hardest decision we ever had to make but they were all so supportive from the front desk, the vet assistants, to the Dr. They helped with all the arrangements and took the time to write us a personal message afterwards. I will never forget their service. I highly recommend these vets for genuine heart and skilled care for your pet as a family member.
