Booked and arrived ... room given was horrible from the moment we walked in. Towels laying unfolded on the bed, and gyproc/plaster from the bathroom ceiling laying on the floor. Complained (this was 11:30pm) and moved to another room where the bathroom again not cleaned properly ... open toiletries - shampoo and conditioner bottle left in the shower stall. Complained again and moved the next midday to another room this one supposedly an upgrade as it had a kitchenette. Alas this one had exceptionally poor wifi connectivity .
Note as well crazy busy hotel with very long waits for elevators. Best part of stay were two mornings of complimentary breakfasts. Alas not enough to ensure a return engagement.
