Future shop always seems a little overwhelming when I go in. The massive selection of DVDs which are slightly disorganized bug me a lot, and everytime I look for something a tad obscure (but not really) I can't find it. I love looking at their cameras and camcorders, and drooling over their TVs. But the one thing that really bugs me is that if you can actually track someone down to help you, they try to sell their little hearts out. I'm not really big into the hard sell - I like to have the chance to research and take my time before I make any big decisions. I know that they make a lot off of commission, but that means that for the things I genuinely need help with - like finding the right cables or software become a big production. Haha, can you tell I recently had a very frustrating experience? I finally got a quote for the cable I was looking for, for when it came in next. They would not order one for me. It was ridiculously priced, and so I took my business elsewhere. That being said, Future Shop really does have an awesome selection of electronics...
