Picked up my wife's new car. Sales guy David was great but the General Manager Sandy is poisonous. Every time I go in there and have to deal with her its unpleasant.
Initially I only went there to test drive because the closer dealer didn't have the Limited edition. I told my sales guy if I had to deal with her I would not purchase.
Buying the car went fine but picking the car up and being forced to deal with the general manager made you want to walk away.
Rather than bore you with the details, our issues were not addresses and she was more interested in discussing how she was being "put out" by all of this.
All suggestions to help remedy the issue were met with the same attitude dismissive and disrespectful. At one point she said "I could have put the dented rim on the car." !
The only punishment for that is not buying from the dealer again and posting this review.
