I used to go to the same garage my family has used for years and was always treated poorly. I don't know if it was because I am a woman and they think I'm stupid when it comes to cars, which I might be, but still. There was very little customer service for a very loyal client.
Then I started going to Michael Johnson's. Even though I usually go there when something bad is going on with my car, I always enjoy walking in the door because I know I'll be greeted by name and met with a smile. MJ and company are more than accomodating and stand by their work. I recently had one of my rear brakes seize up because of a faulty caliper that they installed not even a year ago - they were not only honest about it, but repaired the work for free! And replaced the other rear brake pad, again at no charge. Not only great mechanics, but friendly guys and the best customer service I think I've ever received. What more can you ask for?
