It is a few months later so i am going to update my review. After a 2 month hiatus we went back. The hash browns are back! They are now crispy again! Yay! Also the hot cakes seem to have improved a bit, not hard on the edges. Been on a sausage and egg mcmuffin kick lately and have not been disappointed. They have all been fresh! Each time! So to the management and employees, thanks for picking up your game. Hubby and I get breakfast here on Sundays, not every Sunday but quite a few. Been doing this for 8 years. Before all day breakfast - food fresh and hot. Always awesome hash browns, HOT hot cakes. Very good. After all day breakfast. Let's just say that we will be changing our McD's. Hash browns are limp - like bend and not break and taste like oil. Hot cakes are luke warm. Not very appetizing. Don't know what is going on - perhaps cooking ahead of time and nuking - just know that I am now being disappointed every time I go here now. Let's pick it up guys. Clean the place, cook food when ordered or at least a REASONABLE amount of food so that everything isn't, um, not so awful. You can do better.
