It's a shame that this facility has great injectors but poor front office staff. Shelby should really learn better phone etiquette and loose the attitude. I won't be back nor will I refer anyone else here. You can find better customer service elsewhere- and better prices as well. There's really no reason to pay $15 a unit for Botox if you don't "bank them at $10 a unit." Phoenix is a big city. There are better cost options elsewhere-- that also have better sales staff who won't give you sass.
