I'm a Vietnamese from Seattle and Pho Viet by far has the best pho in Arizona. I normally order Pho Dac Biet, and it's gooooood...a little heavy on the noodles and salt but not so stingy on the meat (as most other places are). The restaurant is clean and staff is super nice. I haven't tried anything else on the menu because I'm always wanting the pho. I know that if the restaurant is known for the pho the other dishes probably won't be as good..it's like going to a steak house and ordering fish. If you're going to go here, at least go for the pho.
I was worried moving out to Arizona that I was going to be deprived of my mom's cooking or Vietnamese food in general, so I'm glad to have found this place to satisfy those cravings.
