The place is great. Plenty of amenities. But their building codes are sub standards and their public relations with current tenants needs work. What I'm talking about is upstairs neighbors stomps and stomps relentlessly. Other places I've lived the management would talk with the stomping neighbors, they would say they would work on being more quiet. NOT HERE. I had to get someone from the front office to listen to the noise and after hours I had to call the local patrols. I've did that twice and not one decibel or amount of time they stomp has decreased. Incessantly without letup. I work from home most of the time and this is the worst place as far as noise I've lived in and I lived in barracks most of my youth. I believe their building codes are sub standard too. I wouldn't move here unless you get a top floor apartment. Unless you're deaf or love lots of noise above your head.
