I'm not sure why this company got some bad reviews.. I called them Monday night at 8pm to replace a water heater that broke at one of my rental properties.. they were there at 9am the very next day to replace it. I priced all around (Home Depot, Sears, Lowes and two other plumbing companies) and they beat all of them by over $200. I paid them over the phone and it was a very easy process. My tenants are happy and so am I!
