This place has really gone down hill. It's kind of like they don't care anymore. It's getting really hard to find a decent steakhouse that actually knows how to cook a steak right. Ask for medium and it either comes out Well or Rare.
I am here with my wife. The waitress is ok. Really not engaged. I ordered an 11oz sirloin Medium-Rare and it's has a sliver of medium on top where it has the grill marks but it's rare from the middle down where there are absolutely no grill marks to be seen.
They no longer wait for you to cut into your steak to see if it's to your liking. Drop and run. Well, I guess it's a done for us coming to this establishment. :(
P.S. I guess our waitress Desiree wants us out. She dropped the check off. No asking if we want dessert, no saying I'll be your cashier when you are ready, no take your time. Just another drop and run. The place is busy, but they have a lot of staff and it's always busy. Oh well.
