When coming here make sure YOU HAVE TIME. There will always be a wait, no matter what, I promise you! I enjoy crepes with berries and some sort of fruit sauce on top with powdered sugar. This place, however, does not have a specific fruit sauce except for the banana creme de something. It's a light thin creme sauce that comes on their Ana Banana Crepe BUT you can add that creme sauce on any of the crepes which is nice. They have a variety of crepes here, fruit stuffed crepes to protein stuffed crepes. I like their batter they use for the crepes, it's the right amount of rubbery texture where it doesnt just taste like a thin pancake. Now, do I think that the crepes are worth the almost hour wait? Not really....but their crepes are better than most places I have tried here in Vegas / Henderson.
