After completing a $40 introductory month package, I felt like this studio had become an essential part of my fitness/wellness regime. I wanted to try all of the classes in my first month but found a couple that I loved and figured I should stick with a good thing. The Vinyasa classes are a a real butt-kicker (which I love!). The instructor was great and actually helped me to correct my "flow" after class which I had been doing incorrectly at studios all over NYC and Toronto for upwards of 4 years (!?) without being corrected. The second class I fell in love with was the Hot Pilates. It seems to be a fairly regular following of participants in the classes. The instructor is excellent. She usually focuses on one area of the body per class and you definitely feel the burn...especially the next day. The price point is a little steep but that seems to be the way of most studios nowadays. If their monthly pass was even $50.00 I would make room for it every month in my budget but as for now I'll have to stick to the random classes here and there. Be aware: no lockers but you can bring your wallet into the studio if you're worried. Apparently they are expanding soon and hopefully will reno the changerooms which are a little tight (at least in the ladies!) after class. Not a big enough deal to keep me from going there however. Try out the $40.00 intro month, it's absolutely worth it.
