A-OK is the name of the game over at Umami Burger. Everything I tasted was good, but not great and for the most part, wouldn't warrant a return visit unless I was staying in the hotel. The seating itself is a bit wacky, as it's combined with a sports book and outdoor area, so make sure you get there at the right time if it's Sunday or Monday night. People are staying at those tables for a loooong time. Items ordered.. Buffalo chicken loaded "potato nachos" - chips with cheese and chinks of buffalo chicken on it. Hard to get a piece of chicken onto the chip. Finger food time! Black bean burger (chipotle black bean patty, Cotija cheese, guacamole, street-cart pickles, cilantro) - Very, very average. On the dry side and quick to crumble. Truffle fries - Good fries, with or without the truffle cheese. Came with three dipping sauces which were all unmemorable. Beers- not a huge selection but some nice stuff. Check their webpage for drink specials. Bonus: There's a good manager in the house and the truffle fries are comp'd with Yelp check-in
