Consistent parking option for leaving your car while traveling from PIT. When you arrive at the lot, you leave your car by the main building and bring your keys inside. They ask when you'll be back and give you a claim ticket. Then take the shuttle to the airport.
When you return to PIT, you just text your claim ID to the number on your ticket and wait for the shuttle. I think the longest I've waited was about 15 minutes. When the shuttle drops you off at the lot, your car has been moved to right in front of the building and it's running - a blessing in the winter! Also, their rates are cheaper than parking at the airport - and the airport won't start your car for you :)
They also partner with a local service that will clean your car. I've never used this option, but it's a nice add-on.
The only reason that I don't use this lot every single time I leave town is that I have a friend who will drive me to the airport every once in a while!
This place is consistent and has always been prompt and friendly. Can't really ask for more than that!!
