Cox communications is simply terrible. Their internet service is way too expensive. It frequently "loses it's signal" which requires you to call their tech department to reconnect it. The love to change your service package for their internet w/out telling you. You'll then notice your monthly bill has shot up which again, requires you to call them. Their cable isn't comparable to Direct TV nor is their DVR. Due to their rediculous pricing, changing my internet plan and pricing w/out my approval and substandard cable, I've moved on to Direct TV and Century Link. My monthly pricing for more services is now 1/2 what I was paying Cox Cable. I'll never use Cox again.. EVER..
