What I especially appreciate about Dinetz is that they are one of those kitchen stores that have oodles and oodles of stuff. And not just gadgets and wooden spoons, mind you, but also industrial deep friers - which I really really really need. *insert day dreaming bubble over my head* Wow, what could I do with an industrial deep frier in my apartment? Well, we don't have a bbq so technically we could toss it on the deck and have everything deep fried up there. Oh, and then I could deep fry everthing. I've always been curious about deep fried Mars bars. I wonder if I could deep fry the dog's kibble?....... Ok, back to reality. Really, other than industrial type things, the best part about this place is that it's large and therefore not completely jam-packed like a lot of other kitchen places. Plus, they have handy knife guards for your knives for when you taking cooking classes at the fabulous George Brown College!
