I came here twice to pick out a dress for my brothers wedding.
the 1st time I came an hr before closing and was trying to figure out what to wear. I showed a picture of a dress and I tried on 3 dresses. I walked out of the store and then realized which dress I wanted, knocked on the door after closing and was able to place my order in.
When i got my dress it didnt fit the way I though it was going to, I was bummed out but the staff was so nice, they were able to show me options and I ended up returning it for a more expensive but much prettier dress.
The customer service here is so nice. The 2nd time my personal stylist was named desiree. she was honest, she was not pushy or rush me and I felt like she knew what I was looking for. From now on I will be going to Davids Bridal for all my dress needs :)
