Honor Health doesn't want your feedback My family has been receiving slow service (3 hour wait times) at the Gavilan Peak Immediate Care facility over the last 6 years, they don't want or value patient feedback to improve. It would be great if Honor Health across all their facilities posted their average patient wait times over time against goals to help patients decide on which facility could best serve their needs. I would think this would also help those facilities improve their services and reduce wait times. It would be great if Honor Health had a mechanism for patient feedback, no patient survey process exists on their website. I must assume they don't need or want patient feedback, makes me wonder if they really want to improve their services? It would be great if Honor Health posted their doctors health grades/reviews to help them improve their services and help patients seek out the best doctor for their needs. Overall I like Honor Health services with exception of Immediate Care lengthy wait times, the new ER Hospital on the I-17 did send me a survey, I was very impressed with this facility.
