I came to Lux because I moved down to Chandler and had such a bad experience here. I went in for a SNS powder dip manicure. My nail tech was very rude. She was rough with my hands and had an attitude the entire time. I also felt like she was rushing to get it done as she was very messy, kept dropping things in a hurry and the quality of my nails is terrible. Her coworkers kept coming by her to talk and laugh as if they were talking about me. And then I'm PRETTY SURE she told them she hates doing SNS. Then why are you doing it? I work in the beauty industry as a hair stylist and would NEVER treat one of my clients the way I was treated. In the middle of my service another lady came in to complain that her nails broke and then everyone started coming to "check on" my nail tech. Clearly this lady had seen my same nail texbrushed it off and just let her finish my service. It's been 4 days and my nails look about 2 weeks grown out, are uneven, and chipping. I've been doing SNS for a while now and have never had this issue. I will never come back here. Updating because it's been a week and they are all chipped. Worst salon and so unprofessional. Don't waste your time or money here.
