We called when we were still in LA to let them know we were coming but would be very late. We asked if we could add another night because we knew we would be too tired. They were very gracious, and set it up so we wouldn't have to do a room move. We arrived at 3:30am. The front desk agent greeted us by name, let us know breakfast would be ready at 6:00 if we were still awake :). She had gone ahead and checked us into the room when we called so there wouldn't be a hassle due to us arriving after midnight. The beds are super comfortable, and the housekeeping staff was respectful of our late arrival. (Our room was listed as a if we were checking out, and a new reservation for the second night.) The morning desk clerk was also helpful when we checked to make sure we had the second night. Usually you have to wait a while for the water to get hot, not here!! The water pressure was on the lighter side, but not much you can do about that. The room was clean, didn't have any off off odors, and I love they are pet friendly. Helps when you are moving across the country and need a place to stay with your pets (fur babies).
