I wish I could leave ZERO stars. I wont even get Into my main issue of them a) overcharging on a used bike with 700 miles (I probably could have got a new one for same price) or b) the fact they charge a crazy setup fee on a bike that arrives almost completely assembled in a crate ($400 to put mirrors on? Ill take that job!) My MAIN issue is that they lied about my used bike getting a fresh oil change when they recieved it, I changed it tonight and the filter screen (honda grom) has a good amount of metallic particles from break-in. They either just ignored the screen cleaning or maybe didnt even replace the oil all together, super professional.... lost my business for life!!!
