When you see Japanese customers often, it's a good sign! I also heard both cashier and cooks speak in Japanese so I know it it will be authentic Japanese food! They are very polite. I always call in advance to order pick up for bento box due to my food allergy and they were able to accomodate my request.
It seems like the sushi, bento boxes, and the breads beside the hot meals are fresh (made that day only) as the shelves are empty at late afternoon or night. Though you can always ask to have them make one for you (last call for orders is 6pm).
