I had originally hired someone else but rescheduled with Doug after hearing several positive reviews. I was not disappointed! He was right on time, friendly towards me and my pups and took his time making sure everything was sealed and working properly. The Hale door looks so much better than a plastic one (just my opinion) and I love that it comes with a 5 year warranty. Over all, I'm extremely happy and would absolutely recommend his services!
