Buyer beware!!!! This place is a joke! I went in to buy my son a pre-paid card for his tax return and I call to set the card up and these people tell me that they "can't verify" my son and he can't get a regular card. Then they still charge me the 5$ monthly fee when I can't use the card? You can barely understand the people that answers the phone, because Walmart gets very cheap labor in other countries. But you can't verify my son who is an American citizen, with a legit SSN. He is 18, works a job, does what he is suppose to and they can't verify him? What a joke. I live off of bare minimal and that 5$ meant something to me. Why do I have to pay when I can only use the 20$ you made me put on it. Then the 5$ fee is ridiculous. People read the fine print. Then the lady told me to buy another one and they again. Right, and loose another 6$ I don't think so. Needless to say be careful when buying these Walmart pre-paid cards they will trick you. Walmart has enough money they don't need mine too. Won't be back!!!!!
