We purchased a home that used this company to seal the house. The paperwork we were given stated there was a warranty. When we found a scorpion in the house (an Arizona Bark to be more specific-yikes!), I called the company. The man on the phone was a bit abrupt and rude. He stated the warranty didn't transfer (though it does not say this on our paperwork) because it just gets "too confusing". Well, that is a sorry excuse. We had multiple other warranties that transferred with the ownership, including the roof! He did offer to come "take a look", but I would have to pay $50! No thanks! We ended up calling our regular exterminators and they came and inspected and spray FOR FREE (Bulwark)! They also gave us a lot of advice and things to watch for. Since their visit, the only scorpions we've seen were dead! Incidentally, when we mentioned this experience to a friend who had a serious scorpion problem once, he also had a terrible experience with this company. My advice is to call someone else!
