I haven't been here for years and I was surprised to see how run down everything is. The train and the rides need some major attention, and in my opinion are not worth the money.
The new playground area was really cool. It seemed much of the park and the lake area are under construction so it will be interesting to see what the overall plan is and what changes.
We enjoyed watching the ducks and liked the new playground. But didn't like all the dead grass (sure wish Arizona believed in keeping grass up in the winter) and was disappointed in how run down everything else is.
