This would have got less stars but he made a snappy comeback! I walk in and literally stand at the counter with him there and don't even get acknowledged. Then he asked if I had an appointment, I replied no. He said well it will be 30 to 45 minutes then, I look around in wonder cause there is nobody here. He comes back in like 2 minutes and say he will do it now. All in all it seems they are under staffed and that can cause issues.
