Jeane was our sales person for the purchase of a new washer and dryer for our new house. It was not a simple transaction, as someone (gulp!) failed to adequately measure the available space for installation. Therefore, we had to return the original choices when the delivery crew discovered this error on my part and get a new set of choices delivered. There were additional complications with installation (also down to, gulp! Yeah, that would be old ten thumbs himself). In all of this too-ing and fro-ing, there were MANY opportunities for problems. Were there any problems, from a consumer's point of view? Nope. Five Stars. Perfect. Polite. Professional. Helpful. Friendly. You just cannot possibly ask for more. A local business with decades of service in the Valley. These guys deserve at least a shot at getting your business.
